Aufbau einer Heizung mit dem genannten Ofen<!--more--><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image-0 fleft alignleft\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/ofendiskont.at\/images\/IMG_20150607_095114--Kopie-.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>Ausgangsbasis: (Wochenend) Blockbohlenhaus mit guter W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmung und einer Wohnfl\u00e4che von knapp 100m2. Nicht unterkellert.<\/div>\n<div>Die gesamte Heizung wurde mit Aluverbundrohren realisiert. Die Hauptleitungen mit 20x2mm, die Heizk\u00f6rperanbindungen und die Fu\u00dfbodenheizungskreise mit 16x2mm Rohren.<\/div>\n<div>Im Wohnzimmer (knapp 40m2) 2 Fu\u00dfbodenheizkreise und im Bad mit knapp 10m2 1 Kreis.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Die Leitungen wurden alle verschraubt und nicht gepresst, allerdings gibt es auch keine Verschraubungen, die nicht erreichbar sind. Wir k\u00f6nnen alle Verschraubungen einsehen und jederzeit \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Sollte teiweise keine M\u00f6glichkeit der Einsicht bzw. Es sind die beiden Heizk\u00f6rper und der Strang zum Hauptverteiler direkt angeschlossen. Eine Abwasserleitung und ein Wasseranschluss sind ebenfalls vorhanden, sollte der Pelletofen einmal gegen einen Holzofen ausgetauscht werden.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"imVc\">Das Wohnzimmer mit den Daten und der Sicht auf die Fu\u00dfbodenheizung. Die FBH wurde im Wohnzimmer auf Trockenestrichbasis verlegt. D\u00e4mmung, Dampfsperre, D\u00e4mmung. In die oberste D\u00e4mmung wurden mit einem Styroporschneider Kan\u00e4le f\u00fcr die Aluverbundrohre geschnitten. Darauf liegen schwimmend V100 Platten und der Fu\u00dfbodenbelag. Diese FBH hat eine wesentlich gr\u00f6\u00dfere Verz\u00f6gerung, als in einem Zementestrich, aber sie funktioniert. Schaut ein wenig chaotisch aus, aber es ist nicht viel Platz vorhanden. Im Bild sieht man auch die RTL Ventile. Es handelt sich dabei um R\u00fccklauftemperaturbegrenzer f\u00fcr die FBH. Kommt der R\u00fccklauf aus der FBH \u00fcber den eingestellten Wert, wird dieser geschlossen bzw. gebremst und somit kommt weniger Vorlauf in die FBH. Das hat aber auch einen Nachteil: Der Vorlauf kommt in der Ausgangstemperatur in die FBH und k\u00f6nnte theoretisch sch\u00e4digen. Das System funktioniert aber schon ein paar Jahre problemlos. Wichtig ist vor allem, dass der (Zement)Estrich ordentlich ausgetrocknet ist.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"imVc\">Sicherheit ist nat\u00fcrlich wichtig. Der Pelletofen verf\u00fcgt zwar \u00fcber ein Ausdehnungsgef\u00e4\u00df, ein \u00dcberdruckventil und eine Druckanzeige, aber aufgrund der Wassermenge im System ist ein weiteres Ausdehnungsgef\u00e4\u00df in diesem Fall notwendig. Auch die zus\u00e4tzliche Sicherheitsgruppe kann nicht schaden und kostet im Gegensatz zum Nutzen nur eine Kleinigkeit. Das zus\u00e4tzliche Ausdehnungsgef\u00e4\u00df hat noch einen weiteren Vorteil, es ist mit einem Kappenventil ausgestattet und somit wesentlich leichter \u00fcberpr\u00fcfbar, als jenes im Ofen, da man Ausdehnungsgef\u00e4\u00dfe nur drucklos \u00fcberpr\u00fcft.
